Designed by award-winning architects, featuring many high-tech extras and boasting stunning water views, our ten individually owned properties offer the ultimate in luxury self catering all year round - perfect for a short break or longer holiday.Many of our Dart Marina properties offer guests use of the luxury Dart Marina Health Spa and indoor pool, while the elegant River Restaurant, exciting Wildfire Bistro and first class yacht harbour are all close by (moorings are available to book, subject to availability), so you can enjoy the boutique hotel experience with the flexibility and freedom of a large, stylish holiday apartment. Picturesque Dartmouth, with its pretty, narrow streets offering art galleries, tea rooms and individual shops is just a short walk along the embankment and the town is gaining a reputation for its great choice of places to eat, with well known chefs in several restaurants. Dartmouth Royal Regatta in August is one highlight of the calendar featuring waterborne activity plus spectacular air displays, often from the renowned Red Arrows. Just outside the town is an excellent golf course and the stunning unspoilt beaches and coastal paths of Start Bay including the Blue Flag award winning Blackpool Sands are just a 10 minute drive away. Individually styled, we are delighted to include ten Dart Marina properties in our portfolio. All of the apartments have been very tastefully and creatively finished but vary slightly in terms of decoration, furnishings and layout. The accommodation at 3 Dart Marina (which is situated in the first apartment block) has been designed to maximise the views over the hotel car park towards the River Dart and to the woods beyond. Each property at Dart Marina boasts a state-of-the-art contemporary kitchen with Poggenphol units and Smeg appliances making self catering a pleasure. Bedrooms and living areas are luxuriously appointed with sumptuous soft furnishings and bathrooms are beautifully presented with towels and complimentary toiletries.All properties are strictly non-smoking and no pets are allowed. A cot and highchair is available at each property on request (excluding No. 36 and No.3), but due to the waterside location parents must supervise young children at all times.
