The building was significantly renovated and the front elevation fully redecorated in 2009, and is now an attractive landmark in this popular area of the town. Dartview is set in the very heart of the town with easy access to all local facilities including restaurants, shops, galleries and pubs - the famous waterfront is within just a few minutes' level walk. Each of the flats have stunning views over the River Dart across to Kingswear and out to sea with parking usually available in the road nearby (out of season) or in the long stay car park.
