Regular boat excursions to Lundy Island (2 hours) depart from the bustling harbour at Bideford and nearby great coastal walking affords stunning views of Atlantic breakers from Hartland Point. RHS Rosemoor and the Dartington Crystal factory at Great Torrington are also well worth a visit. Golf fishing and riding are all available nearby. Pub serving food and shop ¼ mile.
