 Daisy Located next to a dairy farm (hence the names!) at the end of a quiet lane in the small hamlet of East Down, just 10 minutes drive from Dartmouth. 'Clover', 'Buttercup' and 'Daisy' are three very tastefully decorated and furnished barns, annexed to or within the grounds of the owners main residence (Lower Court) - each barn retains many of its original features, including exposed beams and roof timbers. As with many barn conversions the accommodation is inverted with kitchen and lounge/dining room above the ground floor bedroom/s and bathroom/s. The popular beaches at Blackpool Sands and Slapton Sands as well as the nature reserve at Slapton Ley are within a pleasant 10 minute drive. There is also direct access to public footpaths with a beautiful walk to Blackawton highly recommended, and if all this were not enough, Woodlands Leisure Park is just 5 minutes drive away!
