The ground floor of the cottage has hardwood flooring with sea-grass carpet on the stairs and throughout the first floor bedrooms. It is fully double-glazed and enjoys the benefit of oil fired central heating and hot water. Wireless broadband internet available. Strictly no smokers or pets permitted. Please note that there is a drop from the top of the terrace wall to the beach below of approx.15' at low tide and the estuary at high tide - young children must therefore be supervised at all times.
