Berwick as well as boasting impressively preserved Elizabethan ramparts and a good selection of cafes bars and restaurants is also home to a station from which visitors can take a 45 minute train journey to the vibrant cities of Edinburgh and Newcastle. Pub 500 yards shop 1½ miles.
