With its sheltered south facing garden it adjoins the owners' home just 200 yards from the village shop and pub and only a ½ mile walk from Matlock and its fine amenities. Matlock Bath with cable car rides and Gulliver's Kingdom is 1 mile whilst Chatsworth Haddon Hall water sports riding golf and cycle trails are nearby.
