London can be reached within half an hour from nearby Oxted Station (5 miles) whilst Brighton and the South Coast are about an hour's drive. A day out at Epsom or Lingfield races the spa town of Tunbridge Wells and day trips to Europe by train or from Dover are all easily accessible. Shops and pubs serving food 1 mile.
