Set in beautiful grounds overlooking a lily pond abounding with wildlife (pictured) the cottage is adjacent to the owner's home. Norfolk's Broadland coast and RSPB Minsmere are within 40 minutes drive. Medieval Norwich 10 miles. Pubs shops 5 miles.

Very comfortable sitting/dining room with gas 'coal effect' fire wooden floors and rugs. Well equipped kitchen. Dressing room with single bed (for + child) and access to pretty double bedroom with ensuite bathroom/W.C. with corner bath and shower cubicle.
